We want you to love our products as much as we do and pride ourselves on customers feeling the same. However, if for whatever reason you don’t you have 30 days (from date you receive goods) to return part or all of your order.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unused.
We cannot accept returns on any pierced earrings or pierced jewellery as part of a set; we are also unable to accept returns on individual earrings or sets containing earrings due to hygiene reasons.
In order to return goods send us an email to email@example.com clearly marking RETURN REQUEST in the subject box
We recommend you return goods via recorded post or courier. You are liable for return postage and we carry no responsibility for returned goods not being received.
A refund will be issued for the full amount you paid when purchasing the item and in the event the item was faulty – for the postage too – this excludes the postage paid when you returned the item to us.
Refund will take place ASAP – but within 7 working days of date we received returned goods.
