We are a small, family run business and strive for perfection with every order we send out, our heart and soul literally goes into everything we do here – so when contacting us all we ask is that you be friendly and courteous as we are just happy humans working away in our little studio doing what we love but wanting to help in any way we can!
Our returns process is pretty straight forward, we hope you think so too!
- Please send an email to [email protected] clearly marking RETURN REQUEST in the subject box, the following MUST be included in your request email:
- Order Number (this is on your order notification), full name, date you placed the order, product/s ordered and reason for the return
- Once we have received your email we will respond within 10 working days with information on how to send your return back
- We are unable to accept returns on earrings or sets containing earrings (hygiene reasons) – please do not make a request for a return on these items as we will not grant one
- Goods need to be returned to us unworn and unused and in their original packaging – we will make a full assessment on this and if goods are not returned as you received them a refund will not be issued and you will be liable for the goods being returned to yourself.
- You have 28 days from the date you receive your goods to return them
- Please note you are liable for return postage and we carry no liability for returned goods not being received
