My love of words has been a thirty-year affair. Over three decades, I have carefully honed my craft and have seen my passion become my work. A former audio producer and lyricist, I now write bespoke poetry full-time from my Edinburgh home, where the thrill of bringing people’s precious things to life through carefully crafted poems, never fades. There is such a privilege and joy in taking people’s treasured memories, feelings, hopes and all manner of quirky little things and creating a piece, from those elements, that is completely unique.

Just like the people who commission me to write for them, no two poems are ever the same. Each piece I write is a complete one-off, something unique, that can be cherished forever. For that to be my work, is something I adore.
