Product Care

All of our products are made from a mixture of metals (silver, gold, rose gold, rhodium plated etc) – please see each individual product description for more info

We are super proud of all of our products and want to ensure they are cared for in the best way possible when they leave our studio, so here is our ‘how to’ guide!

1. Store products in a cool, dry room and in the box and tissue provided
2. Store each product separately, so they do not scratch each other
3. NEVER spray perfume, hairspray or other solvents onto your products – this should all be done before
4. Please ensure your remove all products before bathing or swimming
5. All of our accessories are considered delicate and we recommend you do not wear to bed
6. To clean: use a SOFT, DRY and LINT FREE cloth (not a polishing cloth) and GENTLY rub to remove natural body oils, do not rub vigorously!
7. Plated jewellery does tarnish slightly over a long period of time (in fact all jewellery does!) – so make sure you use the above methods to clean
